Their age is between 20 and 30 years and they have a work experience of 0-5 years. We advocate for more women in the sector and therefore select 60% women and 40% men. "Together we will show youth the cool & innovative

businesses to work for in this sector.

Be one of them!"

Recruitment process at and after the fair.

We want your company to have flexibility and control over your own recruitment and onboarding processes. The Youth In Food program is there to provide the platform of qualified candidates with access to skills training. The rest is up to you.

If your business joins the event, we will make sure you attract candidates to your booth. You may have on the spot interviews at the event or plan an interview with this candidate for after the fair.

You support us to scale-up in Ghana

Our program is partly funded through the Private Sector Development Programme of the Ghana Netherlands Business and Culture Council (GNBCC) sponsored by the Royal Netherlands Embassy.

Therefore we charge a fee for our services;

- Pre-selection of youth

- Skills trainings we provide

- Food Career Fair

Together with your fee we can organize our programs and scale-up it to other regions in Ghana, because we believe; many more youth should have access to great job opportunities in Ghana's thriving food and agric sector!
